Refund & Exit Policy
a. General Rule
Investors should review the project duration, risk, expected return, and refund/exit terms before investing. Once an investment is confirmed, refund or withdrawal depends on the project's Shariah structure.
b. Musharakah Projects
Investors may request to exit a Musharakah investment by giving at least 1 month prior notice.
The final settlement will be calculated according to the project's actual financial position and the applicable Musharakah agreement.
c. Murabaha Projects
Once a Murabaha investment is confirmed and committed to the project, it cannot normally be refunded or withdrawn before the project/financing cycle is completed.
d. Exceptional Refunds
A refund may be considered in cases such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Failed or rejected investment
- Project cancellation before investment becomes effective
- Compliance/KYC issue
- Other circumstances specifically permitted under the project agreement
e. Project Default
If a financed business delays or fails to repay, this does not automatically create a refund obligation. MoneyBee will follow its recovery and collection procedures.
f. Processing
Approved refunds will normally be processed through the investor's verified payment/bank account, subject to applicable verification, banking, and transaction requirements.
g. Investor Acknowledgement
By investing through MoneyBee, investors acknowledge that investments involve risk and that returns and capital recovery are not guaranteed unless expressly provided under the applicable agreement.
MoneyBee Fintech reserves the right to update this policy in accordance with applicable law, Shariah requirements, and project-specific agreements.
